Noughts and Crosses by Malorie Blackman

In a world where culture is divided by white and black, noughts and crosses. Callum and Sephy are trying to grow up. Together. But when people change and hearts move on, nothing is the way it used to be and the world is on the brink of war and destruction. If you need a book that you can’t put down, I would highly recommend this, especially for Year 8. All I can say is; this book has a devastating power.
