Who Wants To Be An Engineer?

At the end of September, 11 children from Years 7 and 8 has the opportunity to take a trip down to London as part of our Gifted and Talented programme. The children, all talented mathematicians and scientists, had a guided tour of many of London's most famous buildings, a trip along the Thames, a lecture and practical activity at the Institute for Structural Engineers and completed the day with a visit to the Olympic Stadium site. It was a great day and made many of them consider engineering as a future career.
